Day 1 Arrival Yerevan - City Tour

Arrival in Yerevan, meeting at the airport, transfer to the hotel, leisure time.
First you will be introduced with the whole panorama of the Yerevan city region. You will see the ruins of the Erebuni fortress founded in 782 BC and Erebuni museum, then visit the very impressive monument - the Memorial of Victims of Genocide 1915. Visit Matenadaran - one of the biggest depositors of ancient manuscripts, pride of entire Armenian culture.

Day 2 Garni - Geghard

Trip to Garni. The Sun Temple of Garni is one of the most ancient structures on Armenian territory. The Garni architectural complex was the summer residence of Armenian kings.
The Gerhard Monastery is a fantastic sample of medieval Armenian architecture. The most original part if the complex are two churches in the depth of the rock.
Then you will visit Yerevan brandy factory. The chance will take you to the fairyland of world-famous Armenian brandy. You will discover what the living legend of the Armenian brandy really is.

Day 3 Echmiadzin - Zvartnots

Trip to Echmiadzin (the center of Armenian Apostolic Church), visiting the Echmiadzin Cathedral, the most ancient Christian Temple in Armenia and the Holy See of the Armenian Apostolic Church.
A short walk from the Cathedral will bring you to the St. Hripsime and Gayane Churches (7th century).
On the way back visiting Zvartnots Temple (7th century).

Day 4 Tsakhkadzor - Sevan

Trip to Tsakhkadzor sport complex, visiting Kecharis Monastery - cable car.
On the way back to Yerevan visiting lake Sevan, the "pearl of Armenia" which is situated at an altitude of almost 2000m above sea level, and the Churches St. Karapet and Arakelots on the peninsula.

Day 5 Departure

Transfer from hotel to the airport.
